Delivers accurate audience data for assigned campaigns. Test forecasted volumes in campaign requirement sessions. Supports campaign deployment activities. Key Responsibilities: Execute, deploy and monitor campaigns using A dobe Campaign in multiple channels, including email, SMS, digital, and direct mail Deploy complex solutions across channels Debug campaigns and workflows Use JS in Adobe Campaigns and understand APIs Provide UNICA backend support/admin knowledge to troubleshoot issues/errors in Unica Campaign Unica CH/RH level information and other Unica system tables Provide forecasted volumes in campaign requirement sessions Review technical specs and campaign close-out documentation, and ensure completeness in support of campaigns Build, execute, deliver and proof accurate audience data for assigned campaigns Apply audience criteria and execute list deployment Ensure audience files are successfully deployed Have exposer in digital channels Prepare campaign performance diagnostics to develop actionable tactical insights Follow peer review and quality assurance/control steps to ensure quality of delivered target audience list Deliver data driven insights against campaigns (including test vs. control) to drive marketing strategy C ollaborate with Performance Specialist to formulate recommendations based on analytic findings Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and provide database server clean-up activities Monitor automated campaigns Thanks & Regards Sushmita Soni Sr. Technical Recruiter| SoniTalent Corp.
