Title: Product Manager III Client: T-Mobile Location: Bellevue, WA onsite/remote Hybrid Duration: 12+ months Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in telecommunication network technologies with a focus on technical product management and/or product development. Strong experience with wholesale or enterprise billing systems, APIs and wireless products. Experience in working with large enterprise customers, influencing and collaborating with the customers business and technology teams to build product strategy, roadmaps and execute product development. Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. Experience in working with cross functional teams to develop and deliver software based solutions using agile methodologies. Experience with products and solutions in the BSS/OSS domain IoT/MVNO product experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey business and technical concepts to subject matter experts and non-technical professionals. Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas. Education requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related. Technology Requirements: Wholesale or enterprise billing systems, APIs and wireless products. What does a typical day look like Defining product features, documenting product requirements Participate in technical design and architecture with cross functional teams network architects and engineers, IT architects, and various back office teams Provide support to wholesale partners and internal operational teams to resolve partner issues related to billing, network connectivity and network performance Preferred background/prior work experience Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in telecommunication network technologies with a focus on technical product management and/or product development.
