Minimum 9 years of experience Technical Expertise: o A strong background in software development is essential, typically with at least 9 years of experience in software development roles. o The technical lead should have expertise in React, node, .net core programming languages, frameworks. o They should have hands-on experience in designing and developing complex software systems. o Experience with Azure Cloud is required Project Management: o They should have a good understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and be able to effectively plan, track, and manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: o The technical lead should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o They should be able to analyze complex technical challenges, identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions. o Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues. Communication and Collaboration: o Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for a technical lead. o They should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. o Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product owners, designers, and testers. Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle: o The technical lead should have a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. o Experience in following industry best practices and standards throughout the development process is important.
