This strategic role involves managing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving program-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java technologies, extensive program management experience, and a background in the warehouse domain. Roles & Responsibilities: Program Oversight: Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of projects related to warehouse management solutions. Develop and maintain a program-level roadmap, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals. Client Engagement: Act as the key liaison between our organization and the client, understanding their warehouse management needs and strategic objectives. Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns specific to warehouse solutions. Project Coordination: Oversee project managers and teams working on warehouse-related projects to ensure successful execution. Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with program and warehouse-specific goals. Java Technology Expertise: Leverage Java background to understand and guide technical aspects of warehouse solutions. Collaborate with development teams to ensure Java-based warehouse applications meet quality and performance standards. Resource Management: Coordinate resources across warehouse projects to optimize utilization and efficiency. Collaborate with project managers to address resource constraints and ensure teams are well-equipped. Domain Expertise - Warehouse Management: Utilize domain expertise in warehouse management to contribute to the strategic direction of warehouse-related projects.
