POSITION VMware Operational Support Location: Littleton, CO or Dallas, TX locations (ON-SITE) 12 months Year of Experience: 3-5 Years Candidates Skills: Experience in root cause analysis, through resolution of VMware infrastructure Experience in break/fix and upgrade assistance of VMware infrastructure Experience in monitoring of VMware platforms and key interfaces for overall health Experience in performing trend analysis of issues on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and present the findings of such analysis on VMware infrastructure. Support related to VMware Cloud (VMC) on AWS Experience in cloud-native network function (CNF) and virtual network function (VNF) onboarding to VMware infrastructure. Experience in VMware platforms configuration management and capacity planning.
