Position: AWS Connect Engineer Location: Remote Duration: Contract JD Below Job Description:- 7 to 10 years AWS DevOps experienced. Proven experience as an AWS Developer or similar role, with a focus on AWS services and development tools. Strong expertise in Amazon Connect development, including configuration, contact flow creation, and integration with AWS services. Proficiency in AWS Lambda, AWS SDKs, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Lex, and other relevant AWS services used in conjunction with Amazon Connect. Experience in creating custom solutions within Amazon Connect using AWS APIs and AWS CLI. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within Amazon Connect setups. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
