Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy design for client reference data management for onboarding and further maintenance of clients entity related information. Experience with NAICS, SIC codes maintenance and monitoring. Hands-on experience with writing business requirements and executing such programs. Provide training and coaching to the team and ability to design a team required for the execution. Experience with bank ops onboarding processes. Understanding of banks wholesale banking / corporate clients onboarding processes. Experience in the payments area. Strong understanding and experience with business intelligence tools, analyzing business insights and data visualization. Entity management and resolution. Understanding of regulatory guidance / requirements for onboarding / KYC. Mindset for client excellency through a strong delivery and product innovation by providing right solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's and / or masters degree in a business, quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science. 10+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence in the onboarding area related processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data visualization tools. Experience with change the bank initiatives for the KYC / onboarding area related to client reference data. Entity resolution and management understanding of products such as Quantexa would be an asset. Desired Skills: Onboarding, KYC and overall financial crime space Design and execution of client reference data and business intelligence programs in the onboarding and KYC area. Wholesale banking and payments area related knowledge is must. This role is a client delivery and practice development by supporting our senior management for solutions development, participating in client meetings / proposal, training team and contributing to the overall growth.
