Position:100% Remote Zuora Administrator and Zuora Admin Location: 100% remote Duration:6+ months project Job Description: MUSTS: 2+ years as a Salesforce Admin and Zuora Admin (Experience Troubleshooting, investigating, and working with the vendor to resolve issues)- off time from Zuora can hop in and work on salesforce- need both Salesforce Admin Certified , and ideally Zuora admin cert too Knows salesforce synchs and how Zuora integrates/synchs with 360 real time synch Experience troubleshooting Z360 sync issues Experience administering Zuora (products/rate plans/ec) Experience with Promo code app knows how to change modify and update the app Very familiar with Zuora work flows DAY TO DAY: Work with the business to understand Zuora issues, taking Zuora tickets, work with and understand business concerns, and then troubleshoot their issues. We also have our zuora admin sitting in finance wearing many hats, and this person will help them and be able to focus on Zuora Administration for the business. You will troubleshoot Zuora and do some light salesforce administration as well.
