Individuals possess multiple years of experience and are extremely competent in: developing IT systems process maps, process architecture, and performance metrics for successful business process management initiatives; workflow design, and process improvement. These individuals utilize knowledge of business process improvement and information technology solutions to develop and implement processes and procedures for the management of IT systems and solutions. Consultant has demonstrated the judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of complicated tasks, and may lead and direct the work of Contractor staff.
