Helps identify process and data governance improvements and works with portfolio manager and tool administrator to implement them Proactively identifies and communicates when projects are out of compliance with governance processes Responsible for maintaining the list of technology team members and key contacts. Responsible for keeping the list of projects and programs on the portfolio team board up to date and coordinates getting updates from owning delivery manager. Serves as a point of contact for portfolio governance including project requests, project sizing, approvals, and change requests. Support other portfolio governance activities as needed.
