Brings extensive knowledge on configuring Payroll elements and should have hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll module, including Payroll Processing, Payroll GL/Costing and Payroll Taxation. Assisted with data conversion from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud. Requirements: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud methodologies, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC. Strong foundation in configuring Payroll components and elements. In-depth understanding of on-cycle and off-cycle payroll processes, taxation, costing, and third-party file creation. Hands-on experience with HDL and HSDL loaders for Payroll data loading. Ability to conduct engaging training sessions for the Payroll Technology Team to enhance product knowledge and system understanding. Familiarity with Oracle FAW considered a significant plus. Following are the key areas the candidate should bring experience and expertise to assist the Payroll Technology team: Worked in Oracle Cloud methodologies and experience in creating new, enhance and troubleshoot components/tools such as Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL and OIC.
