Job Title: Systems Analyst Location: Newark, DE (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Visa Type: USC/GC Need Local No DE only Job Description:- Responsibilities: Develop business/functional/technical design documents for the Performance/Data Analytics and Reporting team. Generate, track, and analyze reporting deliverables. Develop and reconcile reporting files. Identify primary system components, critical success factors, risks, and overall technical strategy. Work with Project Manager(s) and Product Development Team to solicit, translate, and document functional and behavioral requirements into technical specifications. Support the implementation and validation of system features and functionality, including training-related activities and documentation (e.g., Two Minute Tips, Quick Reference Guides, Frequently Asked Questions, etc.). Apply working knowledge of ETL practices (Extract, Transform, and Load) and data lineage. Understand the cascading effects of user behavior on system functionality, such as how data is collected and processed within the existing product. Be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Work independently and think critically and creatively. Understand complex systems, including batch processes, file transfers, API, XML, etc. Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum Requirements: Strong business process modeling and problem-solving skills. 4-6 years of relevant experience. Bachelors Degree in Information Systems and/or Business Administration.
