DevOps Lead 100% Remote Interview process: Video Interview Must Have 3yrs of experience as Lead DevOps (looking for subject matter expert) in roadmap, playbook, coaching etc. Must be experience with C-Level/high ranking executives (so strong communication skills) Change management/improvements Oliver Wyman has engaged with a fortune 500 to implement DevOps best practices across technology. Define & design current and future state (OW is owning this and has kicked it off), establish implementation roadmap, building a scaling playbook, and coaching teams on new ways of working. Ability to engage at the c-level is critical. Looking for a subject matter expert knowledge in implementing new ways of working across their engineer teams- both on and offshore.
