Title: Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Consultant Location : Pittsburgh PA or remote Client: Infosys Job description: Overall 6+ years of experience is preferred. Experience in Installation of Oracle Utilities products like C2M, CC&B, MDM, MWM etc.. Experience in troubleshooting Batch monitoring issues. Experience in Batch Configuration Tuning. Experience in Administering, Implementation and Troubleshoot Business Applications. Provide on-call 24/7 incident management support related to processing of the production environment. Experience in upgrading existing applications to maintain vendor support. Recommends and meets documented project goals, outcomes, requirements, timelines and tasks. Knowledge on Shell Scripting is an added advantage Experience in applying Oracle Patches.
