Job title: Lead Salesforce Developer Location: Remote Interview: Phone/ Skype Visa: USC only Job Description: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer Lead Seminole Hard Rock Support Services provides Information Technology Services for Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International and their subsidiaries and/or franchisees. The objective for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead is to perform the role of subject matter expert and lead the development and support of the e-Commerce platform. The SF Commerce Cloud lead will work closely with the product owner to deliver high value B2C solutions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) technology expertise for solution design and technical implementation. Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions. Participates in Agile sprints and design, develop, test, and implement changes as defined by business requirements. Proactively suggest process and system improvements to drive more value from the Commerce Cloud solution. Collaborate cross functional team to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementation. Implement proofs of concept to prove any recent technologies or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements. Maintain and document processes/procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users. Integrate commerce cloud with 3rd party/back-end systems leveraging link cartridge/OCAPI/custom services while ensuring scalability, performance, and coding guidelines. Build reusable cartridge/components. Implement functional test cases to improve code quality. Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases in a timely manner. Asist the team and the client with Business Manager configuration and administration. Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles complex issues. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team. Excellent communication skills. Manage support cases with Salesforce. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related degree. 4+ years' experience in a Lead role with strong technical and functional expertise in Commerce Cloud (Demandware). 5+ years of intermediate to senior level experience developing consumer facing web applications, web content management system, cloud, databases, and data security Knowledge of digital commerce components such as users, catalog, pricing, inventory, and payment. Experience with Salesforce Payments is a plus. Experience working with customer data pertaining systems like loyalty systems, marketing automation systems, CRM (Salesforce), and Marketing Cloud is desired. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA). Extensive development knowledge specifically around server side and client side javascript. Knowledge of B2B systems integrations, REST APIs, SSO, OAuth, sFTP. Be efficient in Agile development skills, tooling, and methodologies. Comfortable working independently and as part of a broader team in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Experience with git source control and collaboration tool such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack Experience with web frameworks, interactive web development, responsive web design. Experience with site speed optimization and SEO techniques. Certifications: Certified B2B or B2C Commerce Developer required. Certified B2C Commerce Architect desired.
