You will leverage your expertise to lead the development, configuration, and customization of Pega applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of Pega technologies. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions that meet business needs. Lead Pega application configuration, customization, and integration efforts. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of Pega applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Stay abreast of Pega platform updates and incorporate new features into existing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Pega Senior Systems Architect. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required. In-depth knowledge of Pega PRPC and related technologies. Strong understanding of business process management and case management. Experience in designing and implementing complex Pega solutions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
