The Enterprise Architect partners with both business and technology groups to ensure the proposed technical solutions not only align with the company's overall objectives, but also ensures that both groups enable and drive each other to meet the needs of the company's mission and vision. The incumbent must possess broad experiences to leverage and draw upon in building out the vision, strategy and roadmap working in varying levels of abstraction. Education Bachelors degree in STEM 8+ years' experience. Experience Essential Skills Hands-on experience with architecting and automating provisioning (Infrastructure as code), configuration management for infrastructure and applications. Experience with Public cloud provider technologies especially AWS Building cloud native solutions using API Gateway/RDS/Docker/ EKS platform is desired. AWS professional level Solution Architect /DevOps Certification is a big plus. Understanding of WAF and security tools is a big plus. Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Ability to think big and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype. Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technology. Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups. Excellent analytical and technical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Ability to translate business needs into solution & architectural requirements. Ability to estimate the financial impact of individual architectural alternatives. Ability to define multiple options to address a business problem or need. Basic knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes. Basic knowledge of information principles and policies. Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting. Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
