ITOM a plus This roles is for a Sr. ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with great customer service skills that can provide solutions for internal users Strong general skillsets across ServiceNow with ITSM, Catalog Creation/Support, SPM, and HR Professional LinkedIn with profile picture. Must have good communication skills. Easy for their internal customers to communicate with and the candidate must be able to help the internal customers think through what they are really asking for. Come up with a ServiceNow solutions for their customers needs. Work with outside vendors Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Maintenance and administration of ITSM system. Management of 3rd party ServiceNow support roles and responsibilities Develop and maintain application dependencies, workflows, integrations and processes surrounding applications. Build, test, and apply enhancements and upgrades within Development, Test and Production environments. Maintain system documentation, logs, and work instructions. Develop and administer reporting services and system integrations. Create, analyze, and distribute reporting, data, and information regarding Operational performance. Research and analyze data in support of proactively identifying improvements to, or new requirements for business processes and operational procedures. General support, administration, maintenance and upgrade of ServiceNow platform and associated applications. Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. Develop systems integrations and process automation. Contribute to the continual improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of customer needs and requirements. Create target state vision through designs, standards, and patterns. Capture current state through design and technical documentation. Assess technical debt for criticality and scope.
