Please let me know your interest in the below role- Role : IT PL/SQL Technician Location: Onsite: 2025 Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA 92606 Visa : GC/USC Duration: 12+Months Rate: $50/hr C2C Max Interview: 2 video Must have: 3+ years of experience looking at PL/SQL query and troubleshoot issues 3+ years of experience in supporting any ERP Systems (SAP Business One Hana is highly preferred) Experience using and managing ticketing systems (Zen desk is highly preferred) Proficient with computers, video meetings/messaging applications (Skype, Ring Central, Microsoft Teams, and/or Zoom), computer programs, and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. JOB DESCRIPTION: IT Technician is an information technology (IT) professional who maintains maintenance for all computer hardware and software systems through installation and/or repairs. They help in troubleshooting the issue and help maintain the functionality of the system to be in line with business goals. They will be the first point of contact regarding any technical issues and ensure that the companys computer systems work effectively for streamlined operations. This role is known to be the backbone of the IT organization! This role is accountable for all our groundwork, installation, and maintenance of end-user workstation equipment (i.e.: laptops/ desktops). Responsibilities & Duties: Serving as the first point of contact: providing technical support and guidance in person or over Microsoft Teams. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose and resolve technical problems. Installing, diagnosing, upgrading, and/or having restoration abilities for computer and network systems. Setting up accounts for new users and managing access permissions. Collaborating with other colleagues from other departments to ensure efficient operation of the company. Receiving and responding to incoming calls, live chat, and/or work orders regarding desktop problems or technical issues from employees. Managing 3rd party company for computer systems and networks supporting company/desktop supporter. Configured, managed, monitored, and troubleshoot computer systems, application/filer server hardware, operating systems, the intranet, and/or internet. and equipment.
