Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Job Location: Chicago, IL Work Eligibility: Key Technology : PBM, Analysis, workflows Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles) Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead. Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus. Lead workshops with stakeholders and clearly document gaps and provide actionable recommendations per industry standards. Work together with technical analysts to perform thorough analysis and designs. Lead review sessions, captures feedback and ensure resolution. Skills and Experience Required: Required Demonstrated experience in performing current state analysis of large enterprise IT systems. Strong knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Business Management) business processes which ensure smooth running for retail store operations. Demonstrated experience in visualizing business workflows, defining objectives and performing rationalization.
