Relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements. Five or more years experience managing computer and network systems technologies, three or more years managing a large technical staff, and two years formal project management experience. This position also requires experience developing and managing complex budgets, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. This position may require in-state travel with little notice at times, and off-shift hours and weekend work at times. The preferred candidate will have governmental experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Windows servers, desktops, enterprise database technology, working knowledge of Web/Intranet/Internet & cloud technologies, and working knowledge of Cybersecurity issues and technologies.
