We are looking for a motivated senior Database Engineer. S/he will be part of the team that builds, maintains, and promotes our Enterprise Master Data platform, enable many teams cross LOBs with the Client, Account, Product, Reference data we own. Candidate is expected to be operating under the guidance of Tech Lead, however is expected to be self-starter and operate with an ownership mentality and interface with other teams. Candidate must be familiar with Agile Software Delivery Practice. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA HYBRID. Skills And Qualifications Enterprise master data group Looking for 1 senior engineer with database and solution design Oracle database Agile environment with 3 week sprints Will be asked to come up with a detailed technical design using different functionalities Database size is up to 10 TB in Oracle Must have skills include data modelling and Oracle functionalities Nice to have skills include Java and GoldenGate Financial services industry experience is nice to have but technical capability is by far the #1 factor for the selection team Will work with other members on the team to architect... a candidate who focuses solely on architecture will not be the right fit Interview will consist of one 2 hour interview (meeting with different members for around 45 minutes each) Onsite 1-2 days per week in Pittsburgh office.
