Position: Verint SME Consultant Location: REMOTE Duration: 12+ Months Contract Pay rate: $60/hr. on W2 or $65/hr. on C2C Maxx Need candidates with Linux exp. along with the below skills mentioned in JD Technical/Functional Skills Subject Matter Expert in Verint (WFM, Interactions (Call recording), Transcription, DPA) SIPREC, Avaya DMCC, Cisco DMS, Genesys API integrations with Verint Database FIS integration CSI and STCI adapters (Avaya and/or Cisco) Verint Telephony experience Experience Required 8 + Years of Software Test Experience in Automation Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to understand system requirements and business processes related to Verint Systems applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and incidents related to Verint Systems software, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Stay up to date with the latest Verint Systems product releases, features, and industry best practices to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency Participate in customer calls to discuss, diagnose and resolve live issues, working together with support and engineering teams to provide efficient resolution to customer issues. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required .
