| From: Sunanda, Archon Software [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Position : Oracle DBA Location: Raleigh, NC Client: Enact Mortgage Insurance Corporation Note: Only USC/ GC Job Description Oracle DBA with RDBMS 19c, Exadata, RAC, WebLogic, and ZDLRA Experience Install, configure, and manage Oracle Database 19c instances in standalone and RAC environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and optimal performance Perform database administration tasks, including database creation, schema management, user management, backup and recovery, and performance tuning. Manage Oracle Exadata infrastructure, including configuration, patching, and capacity planning, to ensure optimal performance and utilization. Configure and manage Oracle RAC clusters, including instance management, node addition or removal, and load balancing, to ensure high availability and scalability of database services. Monitor and troubleshoot Oracle databases, Exadata, RAC, and WebLogic environments to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, connectivity issues, and other database-related problems. Configure and manage Oracle WebLogic Server instances, clusters, and resources, ensuring the availability and reliability of critical applications. Implement and manage Oracle ZDLRA for reliable and efficient backup and recovery operations, including configuring backup policies, performing validation, and monitoring backup health. Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY): Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system administrators, and network engineers, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of database systems. Perform capacity planning and database sizing to accommodate future growth and maintain optimal performance. Develop and maintain database documentation, including standard operating procedures, installation guides, and system configurations.
