In the role of Senior Technology Engineer I, youll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills. Highly autonomous and productive in performing activities, requiring only minimal direction from or interaction with supervisor. Accountable for total project scope, budget, completion within budget constraints and scheduled completion date. Accountable for successful and timely completion of all tasks/projects under direct and matrix control. May initiate new areas of investigation that are meaningful, reliable, and can be incorporated directly into a business activity. Provides technical leadership and mentors and consults with less experienced staff in in planning, methods, procedures, standards and best practices. Maintains relationships with affiliates, subsidiaries, and vendors in accordance with Abbvie Values, Vendor Management Office, and Purchasing to further the mission, vision and goals of the organization. Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle. Tools and skills you will use in this role: Experience with XML, XSLT, WebServices, Dell Boomi UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) Timekeeping, Absence, Scheduling and Analytics Modules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with variety of stakeholders (business and technical, business partners as well as end-user) Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills. Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role: Required Bachelors degree in in Information Systems or related discipline with 6 years experience; Masters degree with 5 years experience 4-7 years work experience of UKG WFD modules including Mobiles & InTouch clocks. Project experience in a technical or technology-functional role related to UKG WFD. Proven implementation of creative technology solutions that advanced the business.
