IAM Engineer Location: Onsite --- Bishops Gate, NJ Client: Comcast Need someone havin very strong experience with RadiantLogic/RadiantOne and RDMS and core Java Job Description: The IAM-myComcastAccess Radiant Logic Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the information security identity and access management program by providing identity and access control solutions for all myComcastAccess service, and its internal and external customers. This role leads all day-to-day engineering, maintenance, and support efforts for all identity and access management technology. The role serves as a subject matter expert in the areas of identity and management, privileged access management, and general information security best practices across all technology domains. Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of solid experience in core Java development. Proficient in LDAP protocol and directory services. Experience with Radiant Logic VDS or similar federated identity systems. Strong understanding of directory service integration and federated identity management. Knowledge of security protocols, authentication, and authorization methods. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Technical expertise and experience with Microsoft MFA, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and IDM integration across domains Solid understanding of Cloud concepts and hands on knowledge on Azure/AD or other cloud identity environments. Ability to learn and apply new technologies while working in partnership with other areas to capture and collaborate on business system requirements. Experience and command of source management and developer tools GitHub / Eclipse. Strong problem solver with ability to describe solution and progress. Experimental mindset to drive innovation. Innovative thinking with a passion for problem-solving Programming web-based applications, knowledge of how web services work and how to use them (Ex: REST APIs, JSON, etc.) Experience with RDBMS databases and writing SQL code. Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent communication and drive for customer experience Good customer liaison skills across all organization levels Works well under pressure and delivers quality solutions in a fast and compliant manner. What You ll Do: Develop and maintain applications using core Java and identity management technologies. Implement and configure Radiant Logic's VDS for identity federation, virtualization, and synchronization tasks. Provide fixes for thematic issues reported by Operations & L3 Team for VNDLY-Workday-myComcastAccess integration flow. Change Radiant Logic Views and SailPoint synchronization jobs according to customer demand: Ex Downstream application changes to accommodate attribute change from VNDLY/Workday Provide fixes and new code for User Lifecycle management workflows impacted by new attributes changes as part of VNDLY-Workday-myComcastAccess. Develop and refactor code in SailPoint and Radiant Logic modules for provisioning failures and data synchronization issues. Developing solutions to any new gaps identified by Business after Go-Live of Project Gigawatt. Developing automations for high frequency manual requests identified after Go-Live of Project Gigawatt. Design and manage LDAP directory schemas and data replication strategies. Work closely with the security team to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and optimize LDAP queries and Java application performance. Document technical designs, code, and deployment procedures. Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical IAM solutions that are foundational to enterprise capabilities on a massive scale. Directly contribute to the IAM platform by developing creative and efficient configuration and coding solutions that differentiate us from the competition. Develop cost effective technical engineering solutions that solve business challenges and improve processes; including developing tactical and strategic technical solutions that will address business requirements for IAM-myComcastAccess. Work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the solutions developed meet these requirements. Work as part of a project team to design new system solutions which includes, implementing proof-of-concepts and presenting with a marketing mindset. Contribute to the design, development, and execution of system changes through the end-to-end testing lifecycle. Develop capacity forecasts for managed environments that are proactive and prevent problems prior to outages. Develop processes and procedures to ensure managed environments maintain the highest levels of availability, security, and quality. Candidate must be able to provide 7x24x365 support, accommodate schedule flexibility to deal with escalations and occasional changes during non-core business hours.
