Summary:

The Cybersecurity Technical Lead reports to the Cybersecurity department
head and supports the department by managing critical functions including but
not limited to supervising various teams within the department and their
day-to-day tasks, demonstrating a unique blend of technical, business
development, and management skills, including strategic thinking, planning,
implementing projects, and leading the team to mature the cybersecurity
business domain.

Day to Day:

On a day-to-day basis, this person will be maintaining the security
health of our Client's Security Services. This person will be conducting deep
dive analysis to better determine what services are needed for a client,
provide recommendations of other services that would be beneficial, lead the
event management of the projects & will be designing and configuring the
security services needed.

Essential Functions:

Configure
and maintain Microsoft security solutions effectively, safeguarding our
clients' infrastructure, endpoints, and data. (Microsoft 365, Defender
ATP, Security Center, Sentinel)

Develop,
implement strategies, prototype, and build services for incident response,
cyber hygiene, and vulnerability management.

Strong
experience as an incident response commander & security engineer.

Lead
and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing them with
technical guidance and support to excel in their roles.

Oversee
project progress, identifying and addressing challenges to ensure timely
and on-target project completion, while effectively managing deliverables
and client expectations.

Maintain
clear and compliant documentation of security configurations, incident
response procedures, and security policies.

Generate
and present regular security reports to management, ensuring transparency
and informed decision-making.

Perform
various analyses to justify the sustainability and scalability of Client
cybersecurity services.

Stay
up to date with new security technologies and emerging threats,
demonstrating the ability to adapt to the changing cybersecurity
environment.

Required Experience:

CISSP,
CISM, or equivalent.

Strong
experience as an incident response commander & security engineer.

Strong experience with Microsoft security
products and services including and not limited to Microsoft 365, Defender ATP,
Security Center, Sentinel

Strong
leadership and team collaboration skills.

Strong
documentation skills. Always ensure readers understand the content.

Good

Strategic
planning. Consulting experience.

Able
to work with global project team.
