Position: Workday Analyst Location: Bensalem, PA Duration: 12 Months Contract Visa: H1B/OPT NOTE: Relocation can work. About The Job: MUST HAVES : Must have Workday Prism Analytics Must have Workday Sheets Must have Workday Financial Module, specifically General Ledger, AR, AP and Expense Management Must have strong workday custom configuration experience Strong verbal communication skills Ability to interface with the business Ability to work collaboratively to elicit needs and requirements from the business Responsibilities: Financials Expertise: Lead and oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday Financials modules including customers, suppliers, AR, AP, expense management and general ledger to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and data within the Workday platform. Reporting and Analytics: Develop, customize, and maintain complex reports and dashboards within Workday to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making for stakeholders. Create ad-hoc reports and utilize reporting tools like Prism and Drive/Sheets to analyze data and trends, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Configuration and Customization: Configure Workday Financials modules based on business needs, industry best practices, and compliance requirements. Provide guidance and expertise in Workday configuration, ensuring the system aligns with organizational objectives and operational processes. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on Workday Financials functionalities and best practices. Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users to enhance system adoption and usage efficiency. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize enhancement requests related to Financials and Reporting modules. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and insights to drive successful Workday projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Workday Financials modules, including customers, suppliers, expense management, AR, AP and general ledger Strong expertise in reporting and analytics, utilizing tools like Prism and Drive/Sheets for data analysis Demonstrated ability to configure and customize Workday Financials modules to align with organizational requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant certifications in Workday Financials and Reporting modules are a plus Preferred Skills: Experience working with a variety of reporting tools, with a focus on Prism and Drive/Sheets integration Familiarity with other relevant technologies and systems in the finance domain.
