We were looking to staff with an additional Senior BSA/ Senior Salesforce Administrator. This person ideally would help to create the detailed requirements for the development of user stories as well as identifying dependencies. If the work is configuration, it would be expected that this teammate could also help to perform the work within the Salesforce/Certinia platform. This person should also have experience creating technical documentation, supporting testing, and conducting general end user troubleshooting in the Salesforce and Certinia applications.
