Title:Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant Location:Cleveland, OH Duration: 6 12 months Description: Minimum 8-10 years of Implementation and Support experience in Oracle Human Resource modules Should have experience in OracleHRMSR12.X version R12 Experience is mandatory with minimum 1 - 2 Implementations and/or Support experience on the below Human Resources modules Must have worked on minimum 3 to 4 of these modules Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, Self Service HR (ESS & MSS) & Oracle Taleo. Must have prior experience onHRMSprocesses flows and gap analysis, provide solution design, perform POCs and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions. Must have worked on providingHRMSissues resolution and integrating OracleHRMSmodules with 3rd party systems Good knowledge onHRMSdata flow and HR standard interfaces based on earlier work on Implementation and Support project is expected Very good understanding of Support life cycle Must have strong knowledge and hand-on experience in RICEW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions and Workflow) development activities inHRMSmodules Good functional experience who can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices. Must have experience in creating all the project deliverables like BR100, MD050s, MD070s and testing documents Goodtechnicalknowledge and PLSQL skills Must have a very good verbal and written communication skills |
