Proven experience in a senior management role overseeing technology operations. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with HP Unix, IBM AIX, Linux, SAN storages, AWS, Terraform, and IaC. Familiarity with SOX and PCI compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to strategize and execute plans to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 15 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Oversee day-to-day operations of data centres, ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems. Demonstrate proficiency in HP Unix, IBM AIX, Linux, SAN storages, AWS cloud deployment, Terraform, and IaC to effectively guide the team and troubleshoot issues. Manage hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance, optimizing infrastructure to meet business needs. Conduct regular audits, including SOX and PCI, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Possess a strong understanding of databases and applications, facilitating seamless integration with the technology stack. Implement and manage AWS cloud deployment strategies, utilizing Terraform and IaC for efficient infrastructure management. Lead vulnerabilities management and remediation efforts, ensuring the security and integrity of the technology environment.
