Please do not submit anyone who does not have experience with Radiant Logic. The Identity and access management Engineer will serve as a directory Services Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining directory services solutions using Radiant Logic, Azure AD, Active Directory, E-directory, LDAP, Active Directory Connect, and other relevant technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large scale directory services projects and be able to streamline and automate directory services processes. The IDAM services engineer will also be responsible for implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access management solutions using Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, Header-based authentication, LDAP, SCIM, and other relevant technologies. The ideal candidate will also have automation experience and be able to streamline and automate identity management processes. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain directory services solutions using virtual directory schemas Radiant logic, Azure AD, Active Directory, E-directory, LDAP, Active Directory Connect, and other relevant technologies. Serve as a subject matter expert on directory services, providing guidance and technical leadership to team members. Implement and maintain identity and access management solutions using Okta Ping, Azure AD, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Header-based authentication, SiteMinder (if available), LDAP, SCIM, e-directory, and other relevant technologies. Evaluate and recommend new IDP and IAM technologies and solutions that will help meet business needs. Lead IDP and IAM related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to specification. Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers to ensure successful delivery of IDP and IAM projects. Ensure compliance with company and industry security standards and policies.
