You will be responsible for creating robust and scalable architectures, ensuring seamless integration of IoT devices and cloud services, and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Roles and Responsibilities: IoT Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain the overall architecture of IoT solutions for automotive manufacturing, including hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure. Linux Administration: Proficient in Linux system administration to manage IoT devices and server infrastructure. Containerization: Proficient in container technologies such as docker. Cloud Expertise: Leverage AWS cloud services to build scalable and reliable IoT platforms, including ECS-A, ECS, Lambda, RDS etc. Automotive Manufacturing Knowledge: Understand the automotive manufacturing process and identify opportunities for IoT integration to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Programming Skills: Develop and maintain IoT software components using Python and TypeScript. Implement custom scripts and applications as needed. Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect IoT data and devices. Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of IoT solutions with existing systems and processes. Data Analytics: Utilize IoT data for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data-driven insights to improve operations. Scalability and Performance: Optimize IoT systems for high performance, scalability, and reliability. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IoT architecture, configurations, and code in Confluence. Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IoT development teams. Project Management: Manage IoT projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines. Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical consultation, and deliver IoT solutions that align with their goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as an IoT Architect or a similar role in the automotive manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Linux system administration. Strong expertise in AWS cloud services. Advanced programming skills in Python and TypeScript. Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes. Knowledge of IoT protocols and technologies (MQTT, OPCUA, DNP3, etc.). Experience with IoT hardware components and sensors. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
