LinkedIn is Must This Digital Product Analyst will support the Corporate & Government Affairs & Policy Technology Squad with product analysis activities for 50 applications within 3 areas. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Technical Product Analyst to join our team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive product development and ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital web technologies, excellent business analysis and project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities: Support TPO with product vision, goals, playbook and roadmap for digital web products, considering business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business owners, users, and development teams, to gather requirements and translate them into clear and actionable user stories and product specifications. Support the prioritization of product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact, ensuring that the team is always working on the most valuable features. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to facilitate effective communication, address questions, and provide guidance to the development team. Provide clear and concise product direction and guidance to the development team, ensuring a shared understanding of goals, requirements, and timelines. Collaborate with designers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality digital products. Support digital launch processes, aligning to a built out playbook . Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and stay up to date with industry best practices to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement and optimize the product's usability and effectiveness. Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. Stay up to date with emerging digital technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential to enhance our digital products. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered. Proven experience as a Digital Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a digital or software development environment with specific experience in Digital Web. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in an Agile development environment. Proficient in creating user stories, product specifications, and other product-related documentation. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Direct digital web experience is required Experience using Google Analytics is highly preferred.
