Responsibilities: Serve as the functional lead for HR Core functionality within the PeopleSoft HCM platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. Oversee the configuration, implementation, and optimization of HR Core functionalities, ensuring that they align with organizational needs. Design, develop, and test HR Core solutions, and manage their implementation and integration within the PeopleSoft platform. Work closely with the PeopleSoft Architect and Administrators to ensure seamless integration of HR Core functionalities with the broader PeopleSoft environment. Develop and implement procedures to automate and streamline HR processes, including hiring, benefits administration, payroll, and personnel records management. Address and resolve HR Core functionality issues in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to ensure proper utilization of HR Core functionalities. The Functional Lead for HR Core will collaborate with various teams across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Past experience equal to a degree Extensive experience with HR Core functionalities within the PeopleSoft HCM platform. Thorough understanding of HR business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
