Looking for a junior/mid-level cyber policy analyst. Position Description: Cyber Security Governance Analyst (TASA) As a Cyber Security Governance Analyst on our team, youll support recommendations, create documentation, and revise documentation and guidance for standards and policies. Perform Cybersecurity strategy and policy analysis, provide recommendations for documentation and implementation enhancements, and analyze the development of Cybersecurity and continuous monitoring strategy and policy documents and processes to support the client. Written and verbal collaboration with stakeholders on vulnerability standards and technical working groups will be a critical skill for presenting innovative solutions to the client. You will work with client teams, including senior leadership, program managers, compliance experts, and cyber security analysts to collaboratively determine the best approaches and develop policy solutions. You work in collaboration with team members across all parts of the program to support high-quality, on-time delivery to clients. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., including the District of Columbia. You have: Experience with maintaining cyber policies, regulations, and compliance documents Experience with assisting and leading efforts involving presentations, whitepapers, and project milestones Experience working directly with clients to provide solutions Experience in applying information security and assurance principles Knowledge of Cybersecurity operations, federal compliance standards, FISMA, and NIST 800 series Ability to communicate with key stakeholders, process owners, and customers to manage expectations, eliminate gaps, and ensure success. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Nice if you have: Experience with Executive Order 14028 Possess a technical background in guiding policymakers and interpreting existing policy in accordance with Federal objectives Regards Khursheed Keywords: |
