Strong SQL Experience. 6+ years' AWS cloud-based technology services experience. Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) architecture and technologies such as S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, and ECS, among others. Strong experience in data engineering, data warehousing, data security and ETL processes. Experience creating and using APIs for developing or programming software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to drive code reviews with peers and managers to ensure that each increment adheres to the original vision as described in the user story and all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns as appropriate. Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Ability to determine causes of operating errors and taking corrective action. Skilled in performance tuning and working with large data sets. Experience in DevOps, Pipeline as Code, UCD, Terraform. Must be a self-starter and motivated to learn new technologies, skills, and knowledge required by duties and responsibilities in required timeframe.
