Healthcare Product Owner (Critical, High Priority) Location : Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks, Mason, Atlanta, Norfolk, Richmond Onsite from Day 1 at any of the above location (Only considering local candidates) Pay Rate: $60/Hr on C2C All INC Product Owner should possess a grasp of technical streams (such as Postman, database operations, collections, APIs, understanding of cloud etc.) along with knowledge of the healthcare domain and processes (such as SAFe, Scrum). Overview: The Technical Product Owner (PO) will translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. They will work with the Engineering Lead and Digital Product Manager (DPM) on the related business and scrum team to convert requirements into tech stories. Sprints: 2 week cycle Stand ups: crucial part of this, needs to be able to speak to agenda and requirements Will support Jira templates for the stories Needs to understand what the product(s) does(do), so they can ask right questions. How the data is moving, what API exists, and an understanding of where changes are needed. Example, does it affect UI and API Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Work closely with the Digital Product Manager (DPM) to understand project needs, objectives, and challenges. Analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams. 2. Solution Design: Collaborate with the Engineering Lead and scrum team to design solutions that meet business needs. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities. 3. Documentation: Create detailed documentation including technical requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a related role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
