Position: SQA Project Test Lead Location: Fully Remote Duration: 3+ Month contract Visa: GC/USC Interview: Video Job Description: Job Summary SQA Project Test Lead develops and manages execution of the Master Test Strategy and Detailed Test Plans at Sprint and Integration test levels for responsible project(s). This role partners with Testing Domain Managers (resource managers), Project Managers (PM) and/or Project Delivery Leads (PDL) to ensure successful planning and execution of System and Integration Test Plans and delivery of quality results to business and company stakeholders. Strong performers in this role are strong in Agile principles, have proficient skills in ALM and Azure Dev Ops (ADO), and exhibit deep organization, influence & negotiation, and reporting skills while driving a culture of proactive risk management across the team and project. Role Essential Functions: Partners with SQA and UAT (Testing) Domain Managers to align and deliver on quality objectives established in the project test strategy and approach Coordination across testing shared services (test data, test automation, performance test, release management) Ensures end to end traceability from requirements to test cases to test results and secures entrance/exit criteria Owns and delivers project test reporting inclusive of consistent and proactive risk and issue management at a project level Audit test cases, test automation scripts and test execution records in Test Management tool (ALM) Aligns and assists with monthly Re-Forecasting process, Drives Project Meetings, Test Plan Development & Reviews including UAT Alignment, Defect Triage Facilitation, Collate & Publish QA Status Reports (Automation Coverage, Defect Summary, etc.) Define and Review Knowledge Repository including application domain and QA artifacts (test strategy documents, solution manuals, best practices, demo videos, etc.) Leads test status calls with stakeholders to understand status, risks, and blockers Identify, log, and manage risk, implement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate issues, hindrances, and blockers using company and industry best practice Required Skills Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Software Quality and Testing Methodologies and 3 (3) years of experience developing and implementing Integrated Test Plans Experience with Automation Experience in the healthcare payer industry with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare business preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Deep understanding of project management processes, techniques, and tools Ability to effectively and efficiently lead testing activities across project teams Strong planning, negotiating, and influencing skillset Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Critical listening and thinking skills Decision making/problem solving skills Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management within the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates strong analysis and collaboration skills Hands on proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Hands on proficiency with HP ALM (Requirements, Plan, Test, and Defect modules) Demonstrates sense of urgency Time management skills Customer service oriented Licensure and Certification: SAFe Certification, PMP Certification, or ITIL Certification preferred Working Conditions: General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Best Regards Md.
