Kindly go through the below mentioned job description Role: Pega LSA Location: Jersey City, NJ(Onsite) JOB DESCRIPTION Required Skills: Must have worked as an LSA in 2-3 projects from inception Must have experience in Pega 8.X/7.X version. Should be able to leverage any Pegasystems strategic application while designing the enterprise solutions Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega based solutions/projects from a technical perspective Robust experience in Case design & Data Modeling, SOA, and different integration capabilities within Pega Capture the requirements and guide the LBA and the client SMEs to elaborate the requirements, process steps, and objectives. Highlight risks and assumptions identified during the course of the project. Understand the requirements and provide the high-level technical design Work with other Pega LSAs, LBAs, and PSAs to set up standards and guidelines. Mentor and coach other Pega CSSAs in the team. Work with the LBA and client SMEs to obtain the sign-off of deliverables. Participate in proposals, RFPs and provide inputs on solutions and estimates. Work closely with delivery teams of various applications in ensuring test alignment at the test case level.
