Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Woodlawn, MD (Need locals) Duration : Long Term ( CONTRACT) *** Selected candidate must RESIDE WITHIN TWO (2) HOURS of SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn, MD*** If we find someone local that meets their requirements, Client is big on requirements since they mostly work on government contracts. Please Note, this is a must for this client: 1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the areas of Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity 2.Bachelors degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field Key Required Skills: Solid experience as a Business Analyst Experience with infrastructure Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity projects Knowledge with infrastructure platforms Position Description: *** Selected candidate must RESIDE WITHIN TWO (2) HOURS of SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn, MD*** 1.Work with advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. 2.Challenge with working on complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions. 3.Work with highly experienced and technical resources 4.All other duties as assigned or directed. Skills Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the areas of Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity 5 years of experience in designing and building business processes 3 years of experience with process flow documentation creation. Understanding of Agile software development practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills. Required Skills: Solid Business Analyst experience Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Projects. Knowledge and experience with infrastructure platforms. Desired Skills: Experience with using ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and/or ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. ServiceNow Certification. Previous Government experience.
