Manage the EUC budget and ensure that resources are used efficiently. Develop and maintain EUC standards and procedures. Provide support to EUC users and resolve technical issues. Work with other IT teams to ensure that the EUC environment is integrated with the overall IT infrastructure Good Operation Knowledge of Service Desk and manage team of SD Leads and agent to resolve user issues. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Reporting on the EUC environment's performance and metrics. Monitor the EUC environment for security and compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-user computing landscape, including the latest trends and technologies. They will also have experience with a variety of EUC hardware and software platforms, as well as experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools ( ServiceNow) In addition to their technical skills, the EUC IT Operations Manager will need to be able to effectively manage and lead a team, as well as communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical skills: The EUC IT Operations Manager must have a strong understanding of the end-user computing landscape, including the latest trends and technologies.
