Position: Tableau Platform Admin Locations: Tysons Corner, VA/San Antonio, TX Duration: Contract to Hire Job Description: 1. 8 to 10 years for IT experiences 2. 3+ years of working experience in Application Admin support, ready to work extended hours & weekend. 3. 3+ year working experience in ITSM likes like ServiceNow, Salesforce Case Manager, etc. 4. Very strong communication skills to work and coordinate with Business users, the vendors, internal IT team and various stakeholders 5. Extensive hands on experience on Tableau Development and Administration 6. Building out reports on internal tableau usage 7. Providing user access, group, and maintenance of server, adding additional node, background processor, space clean-up, rebuild of index, configuration upgrade. 8. Tracking User request, status, creating and publishing reports to Senior Leadership 9. Tableau performance monitoring 10. Worked on Tableau upgrade and Cloud instance of Tableau and migration on perm Tableau to Cloud Tableau instances. 11. Independent at work without any follow-up 12. Very dynamic in handling request and incidents and user request prioritization 13. Keep all stake holder, business team with update of the ticket status and staying top of the tickets being handled. 14. Good knowledge in SAS applications and support 15. Providing access to user and off boarding user from the application 16. Certifications renewal for all the applications and environment 17. Providing business user training and troubleshooting technical issue and guiding 18. ER Studio / Team Server installation, application patch and upgrade. 19. Onboarding and off-boarding the users 20. Configuration update and regular maintenance 21. Creating vendor ticket, follow-up and part of technical and non-technical troubleshooting session with vendor and business user 22. Monarch Data Watch application installation, upgrade 23. Onboarding and off boarding of business users 24. Troubleshooting of issues 25. Maintenance of applications 26. Good Analytical and troubleshooting skillset. 27. Understanding the cluster, environments, and network knowledge to identify issue. 28. Handling and supporting PostgreSQL and MS SQL DB Servers 29. LDAP, Single Sign-On knowledge, SAML 2.0, OAuth, Active Directory authentication integration with various vendor applications 30. Strong understanding security, and compliance knowledge and handling sensitive customer / PII data 31. Handling SEV1 and SEV2, root cause analysis post resolution of Sev incidents 32.
