At least 2 plus years of experience in L2/L3 production support activities, application/platform monitoring, incident/change/problem management ITIL certification is a plus. Experience with enhanced monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, DynaTrace and MoogSoft will be preferred. Hands on experience with incident/change/problem management and ticketing tools like Service Point, Remedy, CA Service Desk etc. Ability to work in team environment.
