Web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3). Experience with ServiceNow configuration(s) and formatting data for the CMDB. Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs, VPN, SSL and other suchtechnologies. Application UI Configuration. Workflow Configuration. Data Import and Management. Development of required requested specific reporting. Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc). Additional Requirements: Extensive experience on technical implementation of various Service Nowmodules such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management,Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer and Security Incident Operations. Develop solutions in the Service Now platform that are sustainable and ITILcompliant, identify and define business solutions for ITIL users Expertise in creating Java Scripts for Business Rules, Client Scripts, UIPolicies and UI Actions Experienced in complex transform scripts in transforming the data into theSNOW database Configure LDAP Server, for pulling user and group data from Active Directory Expertise in doing CMDB bulk data, load data reconciliation with the help oftransform map and transform script Knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end methodologies within ServiceNow, which includes architecting technical implementation of IT InfrastructureLibrary (ITIL) processes, organizing and prioritizing development effort,interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinating effort ofadministrators Hands on experience in developing Service portal pages in Service Now Developing different reports like bar charts, pie charts, list reports andscheduling reports Creating catalog items and creating record producers in service catalog Other tasks duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors/equivalent in Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience Preferred: Service now Admin Certification. Preferred: ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
