Position: Lead React Native UI Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Lead FrontEnd React Native ***Must have React Native Mobile App Dev background and Lead experience ALSO NEED TO HAVE an understanding of backend dev DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the end-to-end development of React Native Mobile friendly applications, from conceptualization to deployment. Architect and design robust, maintainable, and scalable mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Mentor and guide a team of React Native developers, providing technical leadership and support. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to mobile development. Implement and maintain automated testing processes to ensure application stability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. Take over ownership of Front-end mobile and web components of current application and architecture and enable deployment of application on a regular basis to respective application stores. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience (10+ years) working as a React Native developer, with at least (5+ years) in a leadership or lead role. Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related libraries/tools. Extensive knowledge of mobile app development principles, architecture, and best practices. Experience in leading and managing a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web services integration. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges. Authentication and other system integration experience General Knowledge Experience with working in Atlassian JIRA systems. Experience with version control via systems like GIT, etc. Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android). Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Swift, Java, Kotlin).
