Will be focused US medical teams with big chunk focused on reporting analytic solutions as if related to field activity and measuring impact of activity and automated QUALIFICATIONS: (YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION) BA/BS degree in relevant field; (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics etc.) 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience working for a biopharmaceutical company or other relevant industry (e.g., management consulting, market research) TOP 3 THINGS HM WOULD LIKE TO SEE ON RESUMES: 1. Proficiency with wrangling n and manipulating data and leveraging cloud computing environments and where its repeatable code. 2. Comfortable working with healthcare data sets and large data sets 3. BACKGROUND OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN MOST SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE: One person who in a similar role, healthcare data experience in cloud environment and experience with measuring data Description: Role and Responsibilities: Manager, Medical Analytics: will be a key contributor to the Advanced Analytics and Clinical Trial Efficiency team whose mission is to drive healthcare innovation by equipping stakeholders with insights from fit-for-purpose analytic solutions to accelerate the achievement of clinical trial and medical science initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional leaders across different therapy areas within US Medical to deliver high-impact projects. This is a US based role with the primary responsibility of supporting our medical impact initiatives. Role accountabilities: Work both collaboratively and independently to ensure that the medical impact reporting product is accurate and relevant Provide end-to-end project support including data engineering and pipeline development (ETL) Implement appropriate advanced analytic techniques to extract business insights. Leverage appropriate BI tools to visualize and convey key insights from underlying data. Support impact measurement through use of appropriate techniques including test/control, attribution analysis, and other statistical modeling approaches Role Requirements : Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree in relevant field; (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics etc.) 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience working for a biopharmaceutical company or other relevant industry (e.g., management consulting, market research) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional partners on high impact projects. Experience contributing to end-to-end analytics projects with demonstrated success improving business outcomes. Able to set up a measurement approach to address a business need and select the appropriate statistical model or approach Comfortable working with health care datasets in a cloud computing environment to perform both data engineering and analytics tasks (Python, SQL, Data Bricks, AWS, Sage Maker, Git, etc.) etc.). Experience in data visualization and BI tools to deliver outcomes from analytics projects.
