Knowledge of software development lifecycle; preferably with Agile Scrum Well versed with common ITSM frameworks Provide advanced support for JIRA by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc. Maintain production system reliability through utilization of Change Management process. ITSM Process experience i.e., Define and outline best practice processes for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change management, Knowledge management, Release Management, Service catalogue Catalog, Critical Incident handling, Asset Management using ITIL foundations as a framework. Excellent Verbal and written communication Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly. Required Qualification 8-10 years of Jira Architect, Lead& development experience with Atlassian JIRA tool administration and customization.
