Understanding of drug research, full phases, etc. Job Description: Our client is looking to bring on an individual to use their background in an Academic Research environment and strong project management & communication skills to assist research department leaders while they are being pulled to support the organizations ERP implementation. This individual will be working to support the day-to-day functions of these large research departments (50 faculty and over 500 staff), which includes, but is not limited to supporting grants management, project management responsibilities, including taking meeting minutes/notes, collecting and organizing data, and collaborating across different departments with key stakeholders within the organization. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree. 2+ years of experience with Grants Management/Research Administration, MHA Candidate. Experience working with Workday, Excel, Microsoft Office, Financial Systems. 2+ years of experience working within an Academic Research environment. Strong communication skills and has works cross functionally and with stakeholders in the past. Ability to excel in a high paced environment and wear many hats as needed by the department. 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities: Carry on administrative day to day functions of each department/division. Support the research goals of our client and everything that goes into it, i.e. working on grants if there is an overflow of work. Collect and communicate information clearly from division leaders and be able to integrate and present this in a digestible format for others.
