Position: Conga Product Architect (100%remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration : 6 + Months VISA- USC & GC Job Description: Working time :Pacific Time Zone. Description: This is a role for Conga Product Architect who should be very familiar with Salesforce, Copado, Conga, release management best practices, and Agile practices using Jira. As a Product Architect, you will architect, develop, maintain, and streamline the automated build and release infrastructure as well as deployment pipeline from code compilation to testing. Emphasis on automating testing to deploying releases to multiple environments. This is a key position to support on-going quality improvement on platform and products. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities : Manage and organize regular release items across squads. Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code to continually improve and enhance our platform. Engage with developers to manage and organize release items during the sprints. Create Copado stories and packages and work with Salesforce Platform team to submit deployment packages and address the feedback & issues. Report on DevOps analytics and pipeline reporting Provide Copado Expertise: Proficiency in working with the Copado platform, including configuring and managing Copado components such as pipelines, user stories, user story tasks, user story tests, and promotion processes. Support post deployment activities, including data load, code comparison, and data backup. Document release plans, deployment processes, and organizational change procedures. Understanding of the importance of maintaining proper documentation and adhering to change control and governance processes. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce technologies, Copado platform enhancements, and industry standard methodologies related to release management and deployment. Key Requirements Senior DevOps Engineer with 8 + years experience on Salesforce deployments and DevOps / release management using Copado, Conga, and Salesforce. Collaborate with the developers, SMEs, and business stakeholders during design, development, data migration, Salesforce environment management, and deployments. Expertise with branching strategies, version control, pipeline automation and orchestration utilizing tools like Copado, Jenkins, BitBucket, GitHub, etc. Familiarity with the Salesforce development lifecycle, including sandboxes, change sets, metadata deployment, and version control. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies, such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and experience working in agile teams with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement. Work with IT to support ongoing release management and rollout with new configuration and development. Good communication skills and client facing skills. Preferred Skills/Experience Salesforce Technical Architect certification is highly preferred. Copado Certifications preferred.
